Restaurant General Manager Opportunity

Coaches Burger Bar, a local burger bar with lots of room for advancement and career development, is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager!

We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and is willing to bring the best to our guests. Our commitment is to provide a great atmosphere, friendly service, and the best burger bar none!

The successful candidate will help support all operations of the store including:

  • Staffing
  • Sales
  • Ordering / Pars
  • Inventory
  • Safety and Health Expectations
  • Upholding Core Values
  • Ensuring quality and service are being delivered with every interaction!

Candidates must possess a management background, with full food-service experience. We are also looking for customer service-oriented individuals as this role will help focus on our guests. Candidates also need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong business acumen, and have a positive attitude!

The ideal candidate should also be willing to work nights and weekends.

Prior food industry experience is required.
