Senior System Engineer

We’re partnering with a well‑established financial services organization to hire multiple Senior Systems Engineer II – Salesforce professionals to join a growing enterprise Salesforce team. This is an opportunity to play a lead role in designing, developing, and enhancing complex Salesforce solutions that support critical business initiatives. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams while mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical direction. What You’ll Do Lead the design and development of enterprise Salesforce solutions Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs Build and enhance custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture and security standards Support integrations with enterprise systems and third‑party applications Partner with business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and offshore development teams Provide production support and serve as a Salesforce subject‑matter expert Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices What We’re Looking For 4+ years of Salesforce development experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Service Cloud, Salesforce security model and administration, Flows and declarative development, SOQL/SOSL, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications required Highly Preferred Financial services or banking industry experience nCino knowledge Experience with Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, MuleSoft or Informatica Location Hybrid schedule based in Bergen County, NJ (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). #J-18808-Ljbffr
