Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients’ needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, updating and reviewing these plans regularly based on clients' progress.

• Document all treatment sessions and progress thoroughly, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Utilize creative methodologies in therapy sessions, adapting interventions to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to clients as they navigate challenges related to mental health and relationships.

• Collaborate with our diverse team to identify community gaps in mental health care and work towards bridging those gaps.

• Participate proactively in supervision sessions aimed at enhancing therapeutic skills and cultural competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families, who present with a variety of challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.

• A minimum of three years’ experience in providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting.

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals.

• Demonstrated ability to model appropriate boundaries and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n
