We’re looking for an Order Processor to join our team and play an important role in ensuring materials are ordered accurately and on time to support our customers and builder partners.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative, data entry, or order processing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Experience in homebuilding, cabinetry, flooring, construction, or related industries is a huge plus—but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

As an Order Processor, you'll play a critical role in supporting operations by ensuring orders are entered accurately, materials are procured on time, and builder schedules are met. You'll work closely with estimators, designers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and field teams to help ensure a seamless process from order entry through installation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review builder websites and communications to stay current on project schedules and updates
• Process and enter orders accurately and efficiently to support installation timelines
• Verify builder documentation, purchase orders, and design selections for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material procurement, accurate pricing, and delivery schedules
• Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the order process
• Identify and communicate discrepancies or potential issues after they impact project timelines
• Collaborate with estimators, designers, warehouse personnel, and field teams to support project success
• Assist with special projects and additional departmental needs as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior data entry, order processing, or administrative experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in homebuilding, flooring, cabinetry, construction, or related industries
• Experience working with purchase orders, material procurement, or vendors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive
