ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a Sales Account Executive to help us drive growth in the Denver market. If you excel at B2B prospecting , are self-motivated, and have a talent for building relationships, this role is for you. Compensation includes a base salary plus monthly commission .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Generate sales growth and develop new customer relationships in the multi-family market .
Build and sustain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Present our flooring products and installation services, helping customers choose solutions that meet their needs.
Provide pricing, floor plans, and essential details for onboarding new customers.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct job site inspections and share insights with the operations team.
Keep the sales office and sample showroom organized.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1-2+ years of outside sales experience , preferably in the multi-family industry.
Proven ability to prospect and close new business .
Knowledge of flooring products is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and MS Word.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation for daily travel within the Denver area.
