Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health status to identify specific issues and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans through thorough evaluation of clients’ needs, goals, and circumstances, including regular updates to reflect changes in progress.

• Provide client-centered therapy sessions that meet the needs of a diverse clientele, addressing various psychological and relational issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy to support clients in enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their relationships.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions including session notes, treatment plans, and progress assessments in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams—engaging with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare providers—to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, providing support during emergencies to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, therapy techniques, and best practices in the field to enhance your therapeutic skills continually.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training opportunities that boost your clinical skills and expertise in specialized areas.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
