Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney in Washington, District of Columbia. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, joining a well-established practice group. Responsibilities Handle medical malpractice cases from intake to resolution, including trial. Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association. Minimum 5+ years of medical malpractice experience, preferably Plaintiff. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active membership with the FL State Bar Association. Skills Strong case management abilities. Excellent communication and client service skills.
