HR Operations & Admin Sr. Representative

Job Description:
Respond to employee inquiries via ticketing platform cases, email, chat, calls.
To perform HR/related activities on various systems (Successfactors, SAP etc.), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire)
To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP
To manage the HR tickets in ESC tool
To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Strong written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Working Hours
Supporting US time zone
Hybrid work model
