Endoscopy - Sales Associate - Orlando, FL

Position Overview We are seeking an Endoscopy Sales Associate to support the Endoscopy Sales Representative in marketing, promoting, and selling Stryker products to physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff. The role involves in‑service training, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting in hospital operating rooms. Responsibilities and Duties Assist Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion, and sale of Stryker products. Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper use, maintenance, and functionality of Stryker products, including updates and changes to the product portfolio. Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and advise on appropriate product selection. Answer customer questions regarding product functionality and differentiate Stryker products from competitors. Direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings. Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings. Report territory progress and maintain a product sample inventory. Resolve product problems for customers promptly. Maintain compliance with operating room and OSHA guidelines during product evaluations. Qualifications 0–2 years in an outside sales position, preferably in medical‑related fields. Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. Compensation and Benefits $65,000 per year with eligibility for bonuses and benefits. Travel up to 50% of the time. Work Flexibility Field‑based role requiring travel within a defined territory.
