You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations while continuing to build scalable processes that support a high-growth SaaS environment.You will partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and business leaders to ensure alignment between operational activities and financial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both guide the team and actively contribute to key deliverables such as month-end close, audits, and technical accounting matters.Why it’s a big deal…At Conga, Accounting is a critical pillar of our financial foundation. This position also drives cross-functional alignment, ensuring that financial processes scale with the business while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance standards.Are you the person we’re looking for?Related experienceYou bring 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles within a SaaS or technology-driven organization. You have strong expertise in US GAAP, financial reporting, and managing the month-end and quarter-end close processes. Experience leading teams and developing talent is essential.Leadership & influenceYou are a trusted partner who can collaborate across Finance, FP&A, Legal, and operational teams. You bring a proactive approach to identifying issues, solving problems, and influencing decisions through data and financial insight. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution sets you apart.Operational excellenceYou have a strong track record of building and improving accounting processes, ensuring accuracy while increasing efficiency. You understand how to scale systems and workflows in a growing organization and can implement best practices that stand up to audit and compliance scrutiny.InitiativeYou take ownership of outcomes and don’t wait for direction. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance. The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.
