Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients suffering from mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, to gauge the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage their symptoms effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and self-care practices, ensuring they feel empowered and informed throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly to foster ongoing improvement and address emerging needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
