White Collar & Investigations Associate

The Washington, DC office of an elite international law firm is seeking an associate to join its nationally recognized White Collar & Government Investigations practice group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile matters at a leading law firm, representing individuals and organizations in complex white collar criminal, regulatory, and commercial litigation matters. Responsibilities Represent clients in white collar criminal defense matters and complex commercial litigation, as required. Assist with government investigations involving procurement, healthcare, securities, and election law. Support False Claims Act investigations and related litigation. Contribute to Congressional, regulatory, and internal corporate investigations. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in federal courts where appropriate. Qualifications Prior clerkship preferred, but not required. Excellent academic credentials and strong professional references. Admission to the DC Bar strongly preferred. Outstanding analytical, legal writing, and oral communication skills. Competitive base salary: $225,000–$550,000 annually , based on class year (counsel-level also being considered).
