Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves providing high-quality perioperative care in a Level 1 trauma hospital with over 1000 beds, supporting various surgical specialties. The role requires flexibility to float between ORs (excluding cardiac) and work primarily during daytime hours. Candidates must have prior travel experience and a minimum of two years of operating room experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Tennessee or compact nursing license; minimum of 2 years OR experience; prior travel nursing experience; successful completion of orientation on 07/27, 08/03, 08/10, 08/17, and 08/24.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult patient population; proficiency in various OR service lines including neuro, trauma, general, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant, robotic, hybrid rooms, ambulatory ortho, burn, hepatic-biliary.
• Additional Information: The OR staff will support multiple service lines excluding cardiac, with the potential to float between ORs (except cardiac) based on unit needs. The hospital is a large trauma center serving adult patients only.
