Product Manager, Pharmacy Payment Integrity

Transforming pharmacy payment integrity through AI-first automation, the full-time Product Manager, Pharmacy Payment Integrity will manage the product roadmap for AI agents, voice AI, and automated workflows while working remotely across the US. Key responsibilities Design and implement AI agents for automating COB investigations, claims tagging, and recovery workflows Replace legacy IVR systems with AI-powered conversational workflows and integrate third-party APIs Build end-to-end automation for payment processes, including bulk billing and denial recovery Required qualifications Computer Science degree (BS/MS required) 5+ years of experience as both Product Manager and Software Engineer with a hands-on coding background Technical understanding of agentic AI architectures, voice interfaces, and data pipelines Proven track record of transforming manual processes into automation-first products Experience in building customer-facing analytics for external clients
