Dental Front Office Coordinator System One is hiring for a dental office in Glenpool, OK! This is a great short-term opportunity for an experienced dental front office professional who enjoys working with patients and keeping the day-to-day office running smoothly. Position Details Location: Glenpool, OK Pay: $20$25/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM4:30 PM Duration: Approximately 6 weeks Schedule Flexibility: The office can be flexible with start/end times Dental experience is REQUIRED What You'll Do Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones and help with patient questions Schedule and confirm appointments Handle patient check-in/check-out Verify insurance and assist with basic billing/payment questions Maintain patient records and complete administrative tasks Support the dental team with daily front-office needs What We're Looking For Previous dental office experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a busy dental office Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional and personable with patients If you have dental front office experience and are available for a 6-week assignment in Glenpool, we'd love to hear from you!
