Location: West Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Full Time, Part-time, on-site
Environment: Busy print shop front desk

About the Role

This is a front-facing desk position in a fast-paced print shop. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handle phones, process orders, manage UPS shipments, and assist the owners with basic personal assistant tasks. If you like staying busy, multitasking, and keeping things organized, this role fits.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Customer Service — greet customers, handle pickups, manage intercom communication with warehouse staff
• Phone Handling — answer VOIP calls, route inquiries, take messages
• Order Processing — close out orders, run credit card payments, operate cash register
• Order Management System - manage orders in our print shop specific software
• UPS Shipping — prepare and process outgoing shipments
• Basic Admin Tasks — schedule appointments, place online orders, order lunch when needed
• Customer Coordination — notify warehouse staff when customers arrive for job pickups

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of computer experience (Word, Excel, Order Management Systems and ability to learn new systems quickly)
• Comfortable working in a busy, front-facing environment
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Professional, reliable, and able to handle personal assistant tasks for owners
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Additional Notes

• 25 - 40 Hours Per Week between 8 am - 4 PM
• This role requires more than retail POS experience. Candidates must have front‐desk or customer‐service experience beyond running a register.
