At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.**THE JOB:** It is the primary responsibility of the Assistant Butler to provide exceptional service to guests in personal butler, valet and amenity services.**THE STARTING RATE:** $19.00/hr **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests, including serving meals, snacks, tea, hors d’ oeuvres, cocktails and other food and beverage items as well as cleaning up after meals* Assist with personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc* Remain immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guests’ needs* Prepare and deliver orders to assigned Butler, and maintain a clean working area in the kitchen* Maintain Butler’s pantry and all other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition* Report any deficiencies or safety hazards to Supervisor and coordinate corrective action* Detect flaws relating to service standards and make corrections prior to service delivery* Assist Butlers in anticipating guest’s needs regarding butler services and is supportive and proactive in lending team support**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays* Is 21+ years of age* High School Diploma or GED* 3+ Years of prior relevant experience as a food server, bus person or food runner preferred**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking on and off shift* Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:** you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**?
