Turkish-English Language Evaluator for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next generation AI systems by evaluating Turkish audio and providing precise English language feedback. This remote contractor role focuses on the naturalness, fluency, and linguistic authenticity of Turkish speech and model output.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Turkish audio clips and assess speaker or model output for nativeness and fluency.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document clear, concise assessments and detailed justifications in English.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve language content ambiguities.
• Share insights that support stronger Turkish language understanding and generation in AI systems.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately, on time, and to a high quality standard.

Qualifications

• Native level Turkish proficiency, including strong spoken and written skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced linguistic differences clearly.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• No prior AI experience is required.

Compensation

$30 to $65 per hour.
