Turkish Language Reviewer for AI Training

Role Overview

Apply native-level Turkish language expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through detailed audio and linguistic evaluation. You will assess Turkish speech and model output, provide evidence-based feedback in English, and contribute insights that strengthen Turkish language understanding and generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Turkish audio clips and evaluate speaker or model-output nativeness and fluency.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document evaluations in clear, concise English feedback, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justification for each assessment to support consistent, accurate results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Contribute language insights that improve AI performance in Turkish understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review work accurately, on time, and to a high quality standard.

Qualifications

• Native-level Turkish proficiency, including strong spoken and written skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced linguistic differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and accuracy.
• Experience in audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• A background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• No prior AI experience is required.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
