We are recruiting for an established law firm in Bergen County, NJ, seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney . With more than two decades of experience serving Bergen County and surrounding communities, the firm has built a strong reputation in matrimonial and family law. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role for an attorney who enjoys courtroom advocacy, wants meaningful ownership of cases, and is looking to grow within a well-established family law practice. Key Responsibilities Manage complex family law matters from initial intake through final resolution. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Counsel clients on their legal options and case strategies with empathy and professionalism. Represent clients in motions, hearings, trials, and other court proceedings. Participate in networking and business-development activities. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar. 3+ years of family law experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate empathetically. Location: Maywood, NJ (On-site) Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $150,000 .
