Role Description
Windsor ai connects 350+ data sources Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more to every tool marketers and analysts already use, from Data Studio and Power BI to Claude, ChatGPT, and BigQuery. No code. No fragmented data. We're building the content engine that makes Windsor the default answer when someone asks an AI, a search engine, or a colleague how to connect their tech stack and trust their numbers. We need someone to run it.
This Is a YouTube-Native Role. If YouTube isn't your primary world, how you think, how you create, how you grow, this isn't the right fit. You'll own Windsor's YouTube channel and social distribution, run the influencer and affiliate pipeline, and drive co-marketing with our partners.
You'll Own:
- Windsor's YouTube channel end-to-end tutorials, product demos, use cases cut into Shorts and repurposed across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- A weekly content calendar, built with your own eye for what makes someone stop scrolling.
- Relationships with data & marketing influencers in the US market, YouTube creators, LinkedIn voices, newsletter writers.
- Windsor's affiliate network creators, promoting Windsor with a 30% lifetime revenue share giving them the scripts, briefs, and assets to succeed.
- Co-marketing with solutions partners: case studies, joint content, template features.
Qualifications
- YouTube is your native language, you've built or grown a channel and know the platform mechanically, not just as a viewer.
- You can turn one long-form video into a week of content without it feeling like leftovers.
- You've managed influencer or creator relationships and know what a good brief looks like.
- You move fast with AI-assisted workflows and modern tools (Metricool, CapCut, Opus Clip, Descript, Canva, or similar).
Requirements
- Marketing tech / analytics background.
- Familiarity with the AI/LLM space (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
- Your own audience in the data/marketing space.
