Employee Benefits Account Manager

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships. Understand client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate insurance products and services. Manage the renewal process for existing accounts, including market negotiations, proposal preparation, and presentation. Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients. Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and coverage options. Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling additional insurance products. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and activity logs in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong communication skills. Experience in servicing employers and employees with their insurance benefit needs.
