Associate Executive Business Partner

Latent is the enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform. Our clinical AI streamlines prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance, so patients start therapy faster and care teams spend less time on paperwork.

We raised an $80M Series A led by Spark Capital and Transformation Capital, with General Catalyst, McKesson Ventures, Conviction, and Y Combinator. 60+ health systems run on Latent, including Yale New Haven, Mount Sinai, UCSF, and Ochsner. We move fast, operate with high ownership, and build products that directly improve patient care.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders in our Partnership organization to keep important work moving. You’ll manage busy schedules, travel, and meetings, follow through on key priorities, and find ways to help the team work more effectively. This hands-on role offers visibility into company priorities and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as we grow.

Must be willing to work onsite from our NYC office - expected 3 days a week.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex calendars for multiple executives across time zones, balancing competing priorities and protecting focus time.

• Coordinate internal, customer, and external meetings; prepare agendas, take notes, and drive follow-ups.

• Draft clear, professional communications on behalf of leadership.

• Plan domestic travel, create useful itineraries, and quickly resolve delays or changes.

• Track expenses and receipts, and support offsites, customer visits, and company events.

• Build organized shared resources, simple processes, and templates that help the team work more effectively.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders, including complex scheduling and travel coordination.

• Strong judgment, exceptional organization, and close attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication and discretion with confidential information.

• A proactive approach: you spot what needs to happen and take ownership of getting it done.

• Comfort with a fast-moving startup environment and tools such as Google Workspace, Superhuman, Slack, Notion, Navan, and Concur.
