Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families throughout all stages of lifefrom children to elderly patients.
• Tackle chronic conditions, offer preventive services, treat acute illnesses, and address mental health needs with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and craft individualized treatment strategies.
• Work alongside care coordinators, mental health professionals, and specialists to guarantee holistic patient care.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes and operational performance.
• Employ electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate and current patient information.
• Deliver care both in person and through telehealth options to meet the diverse needs and preferences of patients.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active Utah medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Skills and Experience

• Solid diagnostic and clinical abilities with an emphasis on preventive care.
