Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages, spanning from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Effectively manage chronic diseases, preventive care, acute health issues, and mental health with a patient-centered focus.
• Perform physical evaluations, analyze diagnostic results, and tailor individualized treatment strategies.
• Work collaboratively with care coordinators, behavioral health professionals, and specialists to provide cohesive care.

Required Education

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Required Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or an active) Utah medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
