Seasonal - Program Coordinator - Unit Leader - Bryant Pond 4-H Learning Center Looking for a job that combines teaching, adventure, and the outdoors? Statement of the Job: The Program Coordinator - Unit Leader is responsible for overseeing staff and campers in overnight lodgings and supporting all programming at the Bryant Pond 4-H Camp and Learning Center. This role involves mentoring staff, covering staff off time, planning and leading activities, high ropes course support and more. The coordinator will work closely with the Camp Directors to plan and deliver high-quality educational experiences and provide leadership in outdoor programming. Stipend is $500 - $600 per week for about 10 weeks, including paid training, paid in bi-weekly installments. Visa Sponsorship: We are not able to consider applicants who require Visa sponsorship support. Qualifications You need a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) You have a minimum of 3 years related experience working with youth and teaching in the outdoors or equivalent You hold an additional certification that is value‑added to keep our campers safe, such as: CPR and First Aid certifications/willingness to receive training Lifeguard certification Genuine compassion for and ability to get along well with children of all ages Preferred Higher additional certification specific to the outdoors, e.g., Wilderness Responder Certification Motive to work with children in a vibrant, high-energy outdoor setting where every day is an adventure Demonstrate responsible and safe decision-making skills, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all campers during outdoor programming Ability to lead groups in various outdoor environments, comfortably carrying a small backpack filled with teaching supplies and a first aid kit to support activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
