Major Accounts Sales District Manager

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts . Job Overview In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. Your day-to-day activities will include field selling, documentation of sales cycles, implementation oversight, and relationships with executives. Additional Experience A college degree is not required. Acceptable experience includes: Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience. Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales. Military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never‑lose” mentality. Preferred Qualifications Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $54,300.00 – $117,400.00 per year (varies by location, skills, and experience). Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
