This is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that operates as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to compassionately serving diverse communities. The facility proudly serves a largely migrant and Latino community, providing affordable, high-quality care for families across all age groups with a team-based approach to comprehensive healthcare delivery.

Clinic Medical Director
Job Details:
• Lead clinical operations while maintaining a patient panel in a family medicine setting
• Provide full scope care including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Work with underserved patient populations in a community-focused healthcare environment
• Manage clinic leadership responsibilities as Medical Director
• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care support
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• 0.75 FTE position (30 hours per week)
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program
• Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
