One-Year Physician Partnership Track
Join the multi-specialty healthcare organization in Washington State. This position offers the opportunity to become a partner quickly. You can enjoy the beauty of lake living with a flexible schedule of 8-11 shifts per month, making it a 0.6 FTE position. This walk-in clinic practice is comprised of three physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed. It is an outpatient-only role with no call responsibilities.
Practice details include:
- An onsite Lab, X-ray, CT scan, and MRI available.
- Each shift is supported by two providers, two clinical nurses, and one Medical Assistant.
- One-year physician partnership track
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- Clinic hours: 8:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m. Weekdays, 8:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m. Weekends
- Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications.
- Shift pay range $1,775 $1,919 per shift year one, $1,923 $2,079 per shift year two+
- Multi-specialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support
- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
- Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
