Location:

: Tues- Sat or Sun-Thurs 9:00am- 6:00pm Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, patient referrals, and departmental support.

Process and enter patient referral information into the EMR/HCHB system.

Coordinate patient visits, schedules, and coverage with clinical teams.

Communicate with physicians, referral sources, vendors, patients, and internal departments.

Coordinate DME and supply requests and obtain required documentation.

Address patient concerns and escalate clinical needs appropriately.

Ensure compliance with Medicare, federal, state, and organizational requirements.

Complete required reports, follow-ups, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, data entry, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMR/HCHB experience preferred.

Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and independent decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively across departments and as part of a team.

Compensation Range:

$22-$32 per hour
