Senior Accountant

Segrera Associates is conducting a search for a Senior Accountant to join a fast‑growing, private equity‑backed professional services organization. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of accounting, process improvement, and systems implementation. You’ll play a key role in modernizing finance operations and driving consistency across a dynamic, multi‑entity environment. Hybrid (2‑3 days in office in Tampa) and is paying $90-120k plus bonus. What You’ll Do: Lead efforts to standardize accounting policies and procedures across the organization Develop, document, and maintain clear and scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control Support the rollout of new financial systems and technologies, including process design and user adoption Partner cross‑functionally with corporate leadership and business unit stakeholders to align on financial processes Assist in building a scalable finance infrastructure to support growth and integration of new partnerships What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required) Proven experience standardizing accounting processes in a multi‑entity or high‑growth environment Strong background in documenting SOPs and implementing process improvements Hands‑on experience supporting or leading system implementations or upgrades Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across corporate and operational teams Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset If you’re passionate about building better processes and driving meaningful change in finance, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Segrera Associates
