Youth Residential Support Lead - Mental Health

Thresholds is seeking a Residential Support Specialist Lead in Chicago, IL to coach young adults (16-21) toward independent living. You’ll work one-on-one and in groups, teaching life skills, coping strategies, and healthy routines within a residential setting. You will model relationship-building, support education and daily activities, document progress, and supervise a shift team to ensure safe, supportive care. Training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention is provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thresholds-Inc
