Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Silver Spring, PA 17575 Job Overview: Kaleidoscope Family Solutions (KFS) provides community and home‑based services to individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. The role involves partnering with families and providers to attain individualized goals and improve the life experiences of those supported. Responsibilities Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve daily living and social skills. Engage in activities to promote independent living and productive participation in community life. Maintain annual 24‑hour training requirements. Qualifications Compassionate and willing to care for the well‑being of others. Minimum education of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Completed background checks. Valid driver’s license and existing insurance. Willing and able to drive individuals in a personal car throughout the community. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
