Staff Accountant Responsibilities The Staff Accountant will prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding reconciling items. Preferred Qualifications For The Staff Accountant Role Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred. Previous experience working in a nonprofit organization preferred. Experience with account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support. Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop strongly preferred.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
