Practice Specifics Nocturnist – Fargo, ND Our Ideal Candidate: An adaptable, collaborative, team-player who spends time with patients and provides top quality care. Team Composition: Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20+ full-time hospitalists and NP support. Hospital Information: 140 Beds, Closed ICU. Patient Load includes rotating through Cross Coverage (130 patients), admitting and telehospitalist duties. Shift: Nocturnist, 7:00p.m. – 7:00a.m. 1.0FTE = 19.2 weeks per year. Scheduling: 7/7 on & off, flexible shifts and scheduling options. Support: Access to specialty and 24/7 intensivist support. Procedures: No procedures required. Requirements BC/BE Internal Medicine BC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience, or completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship Location Centrally located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, roughly 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Fargo-Moorhead population over 200,000. Service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals. Compensation Base salary: $369,942. Eligible for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
