What You'll Be Doing As a Cook at SMOKE PUBLIC HOUSE, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes with precision and care.
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring and stocking ingredients.
We’re seeking a professional who brings both skill and passion to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety protocols.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
