Customer Service Representative,Member Svc Call Center

*Description*

Resolve complaints and inquires and provide information to members, prospective members, providers, other insurance carriers, agents and brokers, attorneys, employer groups and other member or provider representatives in writing, in person and over the telephone. Issues may be health plan related (e.g. medical coverage, claims, referrals, eligibility) or delivery system issues (e.g., appointment access, medical center service complaints, physician selection, fee quotes, patient billing issues)

Education:
High School Diploma/GED Required _ KAISER WILL VERIFED HIGHEST DEGREE EARNED FROM RESUME ENSURE ITS VERIFIABLE

Basic Qualifications:
* 1 year of high volume call center experience and having worked from home before
* Call center experience ideally be within a regulated industry such as Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Credit, Etc.

Preferred Work Experience:
* Call center experience in a health care or insurance environment.
* Medical or Health plan insurance member support

Location: Candidates must have a private work station and not be responsible for care of a dependent while on shift.
Must be located near a Kaiser Admin hub (Renton/Spokane) or willing to go onsite if they have IT or systems issues.
Equipment will be picked up at one of the two IT hubs.
