Plant Manager

This role has full P&L responsibility and leads overall site operations, including safety, quality, production, cost control, equipment reliability, capital projects, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing leadership experience in a medium-to-large production environment, along with a proven track record of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs aiming for zero accidents and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety rules.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote long-term employment.
• Minimize scrap production and maximize conforming production.
• Optimize processes for cost control and value-added activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls for inventory and financials.
• Recommend improvements to machinery and manufacturing methods.
• Oversee resource allocation to fulfill production schedules efficiently.
• Guide managers and supervisors, providing necessary tools for success.
• Manage capital projects and equipment reliability.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 8 years of management experience in manufacturing
• Experience managing medium to large scale production environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
