Operations Associate

A rapidly growing financial technology company supporting alternative investment managers is seeking an Operations Associate to help lead client implementations and ongoing service delivery. This person will manage the transition of investment firms from legacy systems onto a modern technology platform. The role combines fund operations, accounting, project management, data analysis, and client service. You will work directly with senior finance and operations professionals while partnering internally with accounting and technology teams. Responsibilities Manage client implementations from initial planning through launch Coordinate the migration of financial and operational data from legacy systems Develop and improve operational processes, controls, and implementation procedures Partner with fund accounting and technology teams to ensure accurate service delivery Perform detailed reconciliations and quality reviews across historical financial reporting periods Investigate issues, identify recurring themes, and recommend practical solutions Support client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing account needs Identify opportunities to improve the platform and collaborate with the technology team on potential enhancements Qualifications 1 to 7 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, investment operations, or a related field Experience supporting private equity, venture capital, private credit, or other alternative investment vehicles Strong understanding of fund structures, capital activity, NAV calculations, and financial reporting Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact directly with senior clients Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced and evolving environment Proactive problem solving skills and the ability to operate with limited direction #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
