Summary Provide a luxury client experience in the RH Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele, offering product expertise, and collaborating with RH Interior Design to fulfill clients' design needs. Own the full client journey from initial contact through product delivery while growing and maintaining a strong client base. The role requires relationship-driven sales, strong organizational skills, and a passion for luxury home design. Responsibilities Deliver elevated, luxury service and product expertise to gallery clients Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved Represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication and personal appearance Support gallery visual and quality standards Requirements Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture/luxury retail preferred Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background preferred People and relationship driven, highly organized, collaborative, and results oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver on the gallery floor, licensed to drive preferred, and ability to travel locally #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
