Real Estate Litigation Attorney – Mid to Senior Level (Path to Partnership) Location: Palm Beach, FL A well-established South Florida law firm is seeking a strong Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join its growing disputes practice. This is not a “lateral stop”—it’s a long runway. The firm is entering a meaningful transition period, with senior partners approaching retirement. That creates a rare opportunity for a mid-to-senior level attorney who is ready to step into leadership, build client relationships, and ultimately move into a future partnership track role . The practice is sophisticated, stable, and deeply rooted in the region’s real estate and commercial market. You will handle a wide range of matters, including real estate disputes, commercial landlord-tenant litigation, construction-related conflicts, title issues, and contract-based property litigation . Expect real responsibility—not just overflow work. What You’ll Do Run and manage real estate litigation matters from intake through resolution Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and settlement documents Work directly with clients and opposing counsel Support and eventually lead complex, high-value real estate disputes Build toward client ownership and leadership within the practice group What We’re Looking For Mid-level to senior litigation attorney (real estate focus strongly preferred) Strong courtroom and motion practice experience Excellent writing, strategy, and case management skills Comfortable running matters with autonomy Interest in long-term growth into leadership and partnership Florida Bar admission (or ability to waive in) Annual salary range: $150,000 – $210,000+ , depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Compensation determined by experience, skills, education, and market factors #J-18808-Ljbffr
