Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary The Recruiting Coordinator supports Clear Channel Outdoor’s recruitment activities for hiring managers and candidates by guiding them through the recruitment process and providing the highest quality customer service. Responsibilities Support recruitment activities including pre-screen, phone screen, and scheduling interviews. Perform administrative functions related to the recruitment process. Follow-up with applicants via email, phone, or text. Update recruitment documents such as job descriptions, intake call scripts, and interview guides. Create job offer documents. Post jobs on external websites. Investigate and follow-up on candidate and hiring manager inquiries. Track information related to the recruitment process to measure performance. Ensure all appropriate internal documentation is completed for internal team members. Review external recruitment vendor invoicing for discrepancies prior to processing. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience. Work Experience • 2+ years’ experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service. Ideally in the media/advertising environment. • Experience using Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems. Skills • Demonstrated self‑starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. • Workday experience preferred. Physical Demands Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands. Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds. Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus. This job is performed in a temperature‑controlled office environment.
