Recruiting Coordinator

Priority Personnel is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter in San Antonio, TX. Pay rate: $30-45/hour Work schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote. Typical schedule starts between 7am-6pm for an 8‑hour day. Responsibilities Manages end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, offer negotiation, and ensuring a positive experience. Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach and representing the company's values. Performs effective recruitment strategies using various recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates. Assesses candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Manages timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process. Maintains current and accurate applicant record information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements. Monitors recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration. 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required. Experience recruiting for corporate functions (accounting, finance, supply chain, HR, law, HES&S or commercial) strongly preferred. Experience with Workday ATS system preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
