Now Hiring: Receptionist / Entry-Level Legal Assistant

Location: 5301 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL

Our growing, family-run plaintiff’s law firm— passionately fighting for the injured and disabled for over 30 years —is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Receptionist / Entry-Level Legal Assistant to join our team.

We practice Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability , and we believe that the way we treat our clients begins with the way we treat our staff— like family .

Position Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Assist attorneys and paralegals with basic administrative and legal tasks
Open and maintain client files (physical and electronic)
Handle mail, scanning, scheduling, and general office support

Ideal Candidate

Friendly, professional, and dependable
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Prior office or customer service experience preferred
Legal experience is not required —we are happy to train the right person
