Role Description The Marketing Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the practice’s visibility, support patient acquisition and retention, and promote key services. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing marketing campaigns, overseeing social media and digital presence, coordinating local outreach and events, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials. The Marketing Manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to improve results, while collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to align marketing messages with practice goals. The role also involves managing relationships with external vendors or agencies as needed and ensuring compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and privacy standards.

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare or small business marketing, including campaign planning, content development, and brand management.
