Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Lead to manually test our platform across iOS, Android, and Web environments. This role is responsible for executing comprehensive test plans, documenting clear reproduction steps, identifying defects, and ensuring the overall quality and reliability of every release. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent documentation practices, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Primary AccountabilitiesTesting & Quality Assurance Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Lead to manually test our platform across iOS, Android, and Web environments. This role is responsible for executing comprehensive test plans, documenting clear reproduction steps, identifying defects, and ensuring the overall quality and reliability of every release. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent documentation practices, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Perform manual testing across all supported platforms, including iOS, Android, and Web . Develop test plans and identify critical test cases for each release cycle. Document test procedures, results, and findings with precision and clarity. Identify, reproduce, and report defects with detailed reproduction steps. Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure platform stability. Research & Investigation Conduct thorough research into bugs, platform behaviors, and edge cases. Produce detailed written findings to support engineering and product teams. Assist with light debugging and technical investigations when needed. Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintain organized and well-structured documentation, including: Test plans Bug reports Regression logs Release notes Ensure all records are consistently formatted, easy to reference, and audit-ready. Build and manage a centralized documentation library that tracks: Known issues Testing methodologies Platform-specific behaviors Historical testing patterns Growth Opportunities Opportunity to contribute to development support or provide consulting assistance on an as‑needed basis, depending on organizational needs and individual interests. Compliance Responsibilities All employees are required to comply with applicable Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) , Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) , and sanctions regulations. Responsibilities include: Identifying and reporting unusual and/or suspicious activities to appropriate compliance personnel. Monitoring and screening transactions (as applicable) to ensure compliance with sanctions regulations, including identifying individuals or entities appearing on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) list. Participating in required AML/BSA and sanctions‑related training, including: Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Sanctions Screening Maintaining accurate records of activities and transactions, ensuring availability for audit and regulatory review. Education & Experience RequirementsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as: Computer Science Engineering Quality Management Related technical discipline OR equivalent professional experience Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical knowledge equivalent to a junior‑level software developer. Ability to create structured test plans and thoroughly document workflows. Familiarity with mobile and web‑based applications. Experience using basic debugging and troubleshooting tools. Preferred Skills Strong investigative and analytical capabilities. Excellent organizational and documentation management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Working Conditions This position operates in a professional business environment and may be performed in an office, hybrid, or remote setting . The role is primarily computer‑based and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams and affiliated entities. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and telephones. Ability to perform standard office‑related tasks and functions.
