Customer Service Professional
Our client handles a high volume of on-demand medical pick-up and deliveries in the Houston area per day. They need a strong customer service professional to join the team. The successful candidate will be dependable, reliable and nimble.
Requirements:
- Take orders from medical clients via phone and email. (Such as labs, doctor's offices and hospitals)
- Receive and process phone and email orders
- Intake client information to clarify deliveries
- Ask customer questions to determine requirements:
- Time frame (how fast)
- Any other special requirements for delivery
- Ask customer questions to determine requirements:
- Coordinate with dispatchers to:
- Confirm driver availability to meet customer requirements
- Adjust timeframe based on traffic, etc.
