We are growing at Kia of Alpharetta and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kia Service Advisor at our reputable automotive dealership. If you have excellent skills, along with a friendly demeanor and strong organizational abilities, we want to hear from you!
This is a full time 5-day work week schedule with rotating Saturdays. Kia of Alpharetta offers competitive pay! Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
This is a full time 5-day work week schedule with rotating Saturdays. Kia of Alpharetta offers competitive pay! Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet customers and listen to their description of the problems or service needed for their vehicles
- Determine the type of service required and prepare repair orders
- Coordinate with auto mechanics and schedule mechanical work orders
- Estimate costs, verify insurance, and write repair reports
- Conduct inspections and test drive cars
- Educate customers on preventative maintenance and recommend additional repairs if needed
- Maintain customer records and make follow-up contact
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience working as an automotive service advisor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Comfortable with using computer software and systems
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
- A competitive hourly rate or salary
