The Nurse Director of Emergency Services will report to senior hospital executive leadership and receive support from nursing leaders, medical staff, human resources, finance, quality, and other operational partners. Responsibilities include mentoring friendly emergency nurses, developing leaders, managing staffing and productivity, overseeing the department budget, monitoring performance indicators, supporting trauma and quality registries, advancing policies and evidence-based protocols, and maintaining compliance with applicable standards.
