**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIH (National Institutes of Health certifications) **Preferred Experience and Certifications:** - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - Prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities **Skills and Qualifications:** - Driven, organized, efficient, positive attitude, and engaged personality **Clinical Experience:** - Experience with ICU/Surgical ICU and handling high acuity patients including post-CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft) patients **Typical Procedures and Equipment Experience:** - Trauma patients, Post-CABG, Post-TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement), General post-surgical ICU patients - Experience with chest tubes, central lines, medication drips - Knowledge of equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), hypothermia equipment, and ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) **Licensure:** - Must hold a current RN license applicable for practice
