Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Serving as a trusted technical advisor, the full-time remote Enterprise Solutions Engineer will collaborate with two Enterprise Client Executives to develop territory strategies, uncover new opportunities, and drive successful customer engagements across a diverse enterprise territory in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County metro areas. Key responsibilities Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to qualify opportunities and execute customer engagement strategies Lead consultative discovery sessions to identify business initiatives and technical challenges for customers Design and position solutions that align with customer business outcomes while managing multiple engagements simultaneously Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related fields within an enterprise technology environment Proven success in supporting enterprise customers through complex technology sales cycles Strong foundation in storage or storage-adjacent infrastructure technologies Broad technical knowledge across enterprise infrastructure, including storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud Experience designing technical solutions that align customer requirements with business objectives
